No knead bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • half tsp yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water.

Method

  1. Mix in bowl.
  2. Cover and leave overnight.
  3. In the morning, shape dough into ball and leave for 30mins.
  4. Heat oven to 450F and put pot in oven.
  5. Cook in a covered pot for 30mins, then uncovered for 10mins.
