Mexican bean wraps
- In a frying pan with some oil, cook onions, garlic, chilli and peppers.
- Add some quorn mince and cook for a bit. Add a couple of tins of Mixed Beans in Chilli sauce.
- Add some seasoning and and extra herbs or spices you fancy.
- Once cooked, serve with tortilla wraps, lettuce, sour cream and grated cheese. I usually put all the separate bits in bowls on the table so people can build their own wraps!
